Nepal signs UN assistance package of $635 million

Nepal has signed a UN assistance package worth of $635 million for 2018-2022 to lay out the country’s development strategy for the next five years. The National Planning Commission, apex advisory body of the Government of Nepal and the United Nations Country Team (UNCT) has signed the United Nations Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF). Sher Bahadur Deuba is current PM of Nepal. Antonio Guterres is the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
